Job Description

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

  • Analyzing Business Needs and Providing Data-Driven Solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and data requirements
  • Identify opportunities to apply analytics to optimize processes, improve performance, or drive growth
  • Develop and implement tailored analytics solutions that align with the client's goals
  • Conducting Advanced Data Analysis and Modelling
  • Collect, clean, and process data from various sources to ensure quality and reliability
  • Perform advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning
  • Interpret data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Communicating Insights and Recommendations
  • Present complex analytics findings in a clear and concise manner, often using visualizations and storytelling
  • Deliver strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of analytics solutions

Essential Skills

  • 3-5 years of analytics experience, preferably in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Knowledge of the KORE Intelligence Platform preferred
  • SQL and Data Querying: Strong proficiency in SQL required, including writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting queries to extract, join, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of relational database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server, with the ability to manage, validate, structure, and maintain data for reporting and analytics. Experience with NoSQL or cloud-based data environments is a plus
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar tools to create dashboards, visual reports, and actionable insights
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex datasets and analytics into clear, compelling narratives that influence decision-making and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Programming and Scripting Languages: Experience with Python, R, or similar languages for data manipulation, automation, and advanced analysis preferred
  • Customer Relationship Management: Understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Business Acumen: Ability to align data analytics strategies with organizational goals and understand industry-specific challenges
  • Collaboration: Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
  • Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy, consistency, and reliability in data analysis, reporting, and database management
