We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" description, "Essential Duties And Responsibilities", "Knowledge, Skills And/or Abilities", "Education And/or Experience", "What We Offer". Also we have salary range. Should we include Pay section? The posting states base salary range $91,600 – $130,000. So we can create a Pay section with that info. Benefits: "What We Offer" includes competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. Also mentions performance-based incentives. So Benefits section can list those. Schedule not mentioned, so omit. Also we should not repeat job title. No Job ID. We'll include a short p for metadata? The posting includes "NFP, an Aon company..." etc. That's "Who We Are". We'll put that under

About the role? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role" but we have no explicit role description besides duties. Could use "About the role" for a brief summary? But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. The "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Could we treat it as "About the role"? Might be okay but better to use "About the company"? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must use those headings only. So we need to map content to those headings. "Who We Are" could go under About the role? It's about company, but maybe acceptable. Or we could omit About the role if not specific to role. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can't drop company description. Could we put it in a

without heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely they expect only those headings. But we could still include a

without heading for company overview. However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but to be safe we can include About the role heading and put company description there. It's not exactly role but okay. Responsibilities: list duties. Requirements: maybe combine Knowledge, Skills, Education? Could split: Requirements could be Education And/or Experience plus Certificates. Qualifications could be Knowledge, Skills. Skills could be specific skills like Microsoft Excel, presentation. But we have limited headings; we need to decide. We have: Knowledge, Skills And/or Abilities (knowledge, skills). Education And/or Experience (education, experience, certificates). What We Offer (benefits, pay). So we could map: - About the role: Who We Are (company description) - Responsibilities: Essential Duties And Responsibilities - Requirements: Education And/or Experience + Certificates, Licenses, Registration - Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And/or Abilities - Skills: maybe not needed if we already have Qualifications. Could omit Skills section to avoid thin. - Benefits: What We Offer (excluding salary) - Pay: base salary range and performance-based incentives. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each has content. Let's extract content. Who We Are: "NFP, an Aon company, is a multiple Best Places to Work award winner in Business Insurance who has also earned the WORK180 employer endorsement. We are an organization of consultative advisors and problem solvers. We help companies and individuals around the globe address their most significant risk, workforce, wealth management and retirement challenges through custom solutions and a people-first approach. To learn more, please visit: https://www.NFP.com." We should keep the URL as is. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list items. We'll convert each sentence to

Let's list them: - Designing, implementing and leading all aspects of an employer sponsored benefits program. - Developing and implementing client strategic plan and defined deliverables - Exploring strategic alternatives and providing strategic guidance while quantifying the financial implication and associated risk of options presented for consideration - Negotiating terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and vendors - Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients; acting as the subject matter expert on Health & Welfare Benefits and vendor/carrier products and services - Maintaining and accomplishing a project plan to ensure client deliverables are provided on a timely basis. - Delegating work to more junior team members as appropriate. - Understanding and articulating alternative funding strategies, analyzing viability on a client specific basis - Demonstrating a genuine understanding of the mechanics of client financials and related projections - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers - Keeping clients informed of appropriate industry trends including all state and federal regulatory issues - Explaining regulatory compliance and legislative guidelines including as related to COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125, and Health Care Reform - Interpreting plan rules to ensure compliance with Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) - Anticipating client needs and identifying strategies to address them - Overseeing the implementation of new business - Overseeing open enrollment; developing and/or reviewing client presentations and communication materials - May have direct supervisory responsibility of junior team members - Review the work of junior team members and provide appropriate guidance and skill development - Ensure all client data is entered into CRM System (Salesforce) in a timely manner. Note some sentences start with capital letters; keep. Knowledge, Skills And/or Abilities: - Comprehensive knowledge of carrier products and services, industry trends, benefits administration, regulatory compliance and HealthCare Reform - Ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs - Effective project management, time management and organizational skills - Strong analytical and financial skills - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to outstanding client service - Ability to express ideas clearly in both written and oral communications - Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills - Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities Education And/or Experience: - A Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance or a related field preferred - 8+ years health and welfare consulting experience - Life, Accident and Health Insurance License required - GBA or CEBS Certification a plus What We Offer: - competitive salary - PTO & paid holidays - 401(k) with match - exclusive discount programs - health & wellness programs - more (maybe "and more") - performance-based incentives (mentioned later) Also "Our PeopleFirst culture focuses on building and nurturing lifelong relationships with our employees because, at the end of the day, we exist to be there for others." Could be included as prose. Pay: base salary range $91,600 – $130,000. Also mention that base salary offered determined by factors, performance-based incentives. We'll put Pay section with that info. Now construct HTML. We'll avoid duplicate lines. We'll output:
