Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Global Customer Support Business Systems Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is Hybrid in Santa, Clara, CA. Details of the position are as follows: Job Details: Pay: $68 - $71.12/hr. 6-month assignment, possibility extension based on performance and budget. On-sit 4 days per week, standard hours (8 AM PST). Seeking a BSA with strong integrations experience. Team supports global customer service team supporting all customers - more than 3k users. Position will be responsible for Cyber Mergers & Acquisitions, migrations/integrations, validations, working with developers and onboarding sites, data migration, vendor collaboration and providing support and enhancements using AI to automate. Perform hotseat duties. Draft and publish security advisories. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst working with integrations. Salesforce Service Cloud required. Must have Service Cloud app integrations experience. Must have experience with data integrations, M&A preferred. MUST understand data behind complex applications and how to integrate into Service Cloud. Google products including Gemini preferred.
