Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
About the Team
The team acts as a liaison between IT and business functions to analyze complex business problems and provide technical solutions. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements. They interact with internal and external technical resources, as well as functional Business Analysts and Project Managers.
About The Role
Collaborate with other stakeholder groups to analyze and translate simple-to-complex business problems and needs into solutions. Ensure technical requirements are understood and documented, and agreements and alignments are made with business and stakeholder partners. Interact with internal and external technical resources, such as developers, architects, peer business analysts, scrum masters, and project/program managers to ensure the delivery of key business and technical capabilities.
- Functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform, and related technical areas.
- Shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives.
- Plan, prioritize, design, develop, and deploy new projects & system enhancements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field, plus five (5) years post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Five years (60 months) of experience in sales tools such as CPQ;
- Five years (60 months) of experience in Salesforce;
- Five years (60 months) of experience in Agile methodologies;
- Five years (60 months) of experience in work management tools such as Jira.
Benefits

Pay
Salary Range: $133,255 - $168,000
