- Lead complex cross-departmental requirement gathering, analysis, and system design using Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet organizational goals.
- Organize and document user requirements, workflows, and process improvements using SMART criteria.
- Create and manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Resolve complex system issues.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Support agile teams in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in an agile environment.
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including data models, workflows, integrations, and architecture design.
- Experience in creating and managing Salesforce user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, queries, and reporting.
- Experience working with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership in resolving complex system issues.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (EHRs, billing platforms, etc.).
- Experience using LEAN methodologies to improve business processes.
- Experience with healthcare or health insurance environments.
- Experience with Facets or similar healthcare platforms.
- Proven track record of supporting agile teams in backlog refinement and sprint planning.
IIBA certification required upon hire.
100% remote position available in Washington, Oregon, and California. Full-time, no relocation assistance, no visa sponsorship. Occasional travel may be required.
