Salesforce Business Analyst
About the role
Erickson Senior Living is a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states. The Salesforce Business Analyst will be part of a team that addresses reported issues, creates documentation, and provides support to more than 1000 users across multiple Salesforce products serving more than 22 senior living communities.
Responsibilities
- Join a daily standup meeting with your team
- Triage and resolve issues
- Support the maintenance needs of the application
- Perform assigned project tasks
Requirements
- Experience working as a Salesforce Administrator supporting multiple Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Digital Engagement, Agentforce, Omnito (Formerly Sumo) Scheduler
- Eager to learn to support non-Salesforce products like Computer Telephony Integration & Vidyard
- Experience with Jira and Confluence to collaborate on work
- Experience with Lean, Design Thinking, and leading requirements gathering sessions
Qualifications
- High level of customer service by effectively addressing user support issues
- Ability to update and create page layouts, new fields, validation rules, flows, dashboards and reports
- Experience with administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, and data management
- Experience using Data Loader to bulk import and export data
- Experience developing test plans, executing test cases, and ensuring that solutions meet requirements and quality standards
- Ability to take ownership of issues, drive issues to resolution independently, and manage shifting priorities
- Experience using Jira and Confluence to work efficiently
- Experience applying Lean and Design Thinking principles while leading requirements gathering sessions
Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and features
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Pay
Commensurate with experience starting at $90,000 to $100,000 annually
Schedule
This job is primarily remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and communities as needed.
