Salesforce BA/PO (AI & Platform Enablement)

Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner – AI & Platform Enablement Open-ended Contract (potential for FTE) | St. Louis, MO (onsite 4 days/week) Role on the Salesforce Product Owner team supporting the Spectrum Business sales organization. This person will help stand up the team's first AI capabilities – partnering with stakeholders to design, build, test, and validate AI solutions on the Salesforce platform, starting with a knowledge-management assistant and expanding toward agentic automation. The priority for this role is hands-on AI experience. Salesforce platform knowledge is a strong plus, and someone who brings both is the ideal fit. What you'll do Project manage the design, development, and implementation of AI capabilities and Salesforce platform enhancements Act as a subject-matter expert on AI implementation (and Salesforce where applicable), advising stakeholders on best practices and solution design Partner with stakeholders to test and validate AI outputs – confirming responses are accurate, catching hallucinations, and preventing co-mingled or incorrect answers before launch Gather and document requirements across stakeholder groups to define access personas, platform enhancements, and automation for Opportunity, Contacts, and related Salesforce objects Design and build the technical structure needed to deliver these new capabilities Define and implement platform health metrics and monitoring to validate new functionality performs as designed post-launch Develop governance documentation to sustain the access framework, enhancements, and automation going forward What we're looking for Hands-on experience with AI solutions – testing and validating LLM/chatbot outputs, prompt and response quality, hallucination checks, and stakeholder validation. Familiarity with an LLM-plus-agent stack (e.g. Claude, Amazon Bedrock) is a strong plus Business/systems analysis experience – requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, and stakeholder management Salesforce platform experience a strong bonus – access personas, permissions, Opportunity/Contacts objects, configuration and automation A true self-starter who can dive in and work with minimal oversight – someone who knows when and how to ask questions, isn't afraid to say "I don't know yet, let me figure it out," and uses available resources to get there Strong collaboration and communication skills – comfortable working directly with stakeholders and a St. Louis-based core team Details Type: Contract – open-ended with expected continuation and potential to convert Location: St. Louis, MO – onsite 4 days per week (non-negotiable; core team, stakeholders, and support all sit on-site) If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
