Salesforce BA with AI and Telecom

About the role

Rachael at Sidram Tech is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with expertise in integrating AI and telecom processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation, with a solid understanding of Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Create user stories, process flows, and documentation
• Collaborate with developers and admins for solution implementation
• Perform testing (UAT) and support deployment activities
• Provide training and support to end users

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Strongly preferred: Salesforce certifications (Admin / BA / FSL)
• Experience in service-based industries (telecom, utilities, healthcare, etc.)
