About the role

The Process Architect will transform and scale Palo Alto Networks global Sales processes. This role will design, optimize and reimagine sales processes and capabilities to enhance the seller experience, streamline operations and fuel revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Arcitect future state sales processes and capabilities to drive scale, compliance, and agility.
  • Define and maintain the roadmap of capabilities, process improvements, and initiatives to achieve future state.
  • Drive process definition and governance across the seller lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales Ops, Strategy, and IT teams to ensure processes align with business goals.
  • Convert process designs into initial business requirements for technology teams.
  • Develop and deploy tools, playbooks, and programs that increase seller productivity and performance.
  • Drive adoption of CRM, automation, and analytics platforms to improve seller outcomes.
  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs to measure productivity and process effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Architecture and Process Improvement.
  • Experience with Sales processes and systems at SaaS companies.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce, forecasting tools like Clari, and sales compensation tools like Xactly or Varicent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating senior leaders and large cross-functional groups to align on strategy.
  • Broad knowledge of business architecture frameworks, capability mapping, value streams, and operating models.

  • Proven ability to infuse AI and automation into process design to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong capability to translate detailed process analysis into strategic enterprise connections and execution.
  • Recognized leader in driving business architecture maturity, process excellence, and digital transformation.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster alignment across the enterprise.

For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. Pay

$223,000.00 - $306,500.00/yr

Schedule

This role requires a full-time presence at the office, with flexibility when needed.
