Salesforce Architecture

Lead and define overall Salesforce platform strategy, technical governance, and enterprise customization. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce architecture, integration, data engineering, and AI-augmented delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee complex Salesforce solutions, including Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
• Architect and implement enterprise integration using MuleSoft or equivalent middleware (REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture).
• Drive data engineering initiatives, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, migration, and data quality governance.
• Integrate and operationalize Generative AI and Agentic AI methodologies into engineering workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams and provide architectural guidance, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Establish and manage DevOps processes using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and multi-org tooling.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially in utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
• Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies (e.g., Data Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Field Service Lightning).
• Engage in vendor management and multi-vendor delivery models as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintain and leverage Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect required; CTA preferred).
