Salesforce Architect

About the role

Design and develop solutions that meet Salesforce and enterprise standards. Assess business requirements and translate them into solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to explain application functionality and suggest new ideas for proposed requirements. Participate in project estimates and conduct proof of concepts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain solution and architecture diagrams
• Utilize full out-of-box Salesforce features
• Adhere to stakeholder requirements, timelines, and budgeting requirements
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis, and reviews
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues post-deployment, including conducting retrospectives for continuous improvement
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to technical team members and stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Monitor and review application usage regularly to improve overall product quality
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and new capabilities, bringing learnings to improve the application

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development
• 5+ years of experience developing using the Salesforce Lightning Platform
• 4+ years of architecture experience
• Lightning Web Components experience required
• Integration implementation via middleware (Spring Boot preferred)
• Strong understanding of multiple app architectures and ability to design robust solutions
• Experience applying software engineering design patterns, including strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, coding standards, and practices
• Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, REST standards and security models, integration patterns and methods
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile development environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
