Job Details

MNJ SOFTWARE is looking for talented individuals who are interested to be part of "Our" journey to build a best-in-class organization, driving to deliver real results to global businesses, ensuring a level of certainty no other firm can match. SalesForce Architect at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Qualification

• ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

Technical/Functional Skills

• 8 + Years of experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions.
• Strong Experience in Salesforce Configuration.
• Excellent understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Salesforce Data Model.
• Experience in salesforce instance consolidation techniques.
• Strong experience in designing data Governance Models and Data Management.
• Policies on Salesforce Platform.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
• Experience in designing effective release management processes spanning multiple salesforce instances.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis and technical assessments for new and existing applications built on Salesforce.
• Provide High Level Architecture & Design for applications developments.
• Collaborate with Google Engineers and Salesforce to vet out Solutions/Architecture for specific use cases.
• Analysis and Assessment of existing Salesforce instances to understand the problems, propose an alternate solution to the problem in applications.
• Prepare and Implement data privacy and data management policies in salesforce applications in line with Google data privacy guidelines.
• Documenting Designs and Implementation

Assessment

Evaluation of qualified candidates may include an assessment exercise which may be followed by competency-based interview.
