Position Summary
We are seeking a self-starter with a 'hunter' attitude to establish new account relationships for our rapidly growing Salesforce Consulting business. We focus on mid-market (and above) customers and cover all aspects of Salesforce product implementation. Candidates will be rewarded with aggressive, and competitive, compensation as well as growth opportunities within the company.
What it Takes

- Serve as Xede’s client executive sponsor across across strategy, implementation and managed services engagements
- Lead the Client and associated Partners through the Sales Journey leveraging Xede’s thought leaders including Sales Architecture, Industry Expertise, and Professional Services
- Leverage a Sales Quality process designed to be hyper responsive to the market, approving approaches and contracts within hours
- Deliver against a quota while working autonomously
- Leverage Xede’s campaigns and thought leadership to grow territory value and provide market feedback to the Financial Services Practice
- A personality that is confident but humble
- An entrepreneurial attitude and appetite for dealing with the changes of a startup environment within an established company
Competencies
- Experience with Financial services and a firm understanding of banks, insurance, and/or capital markets
- A strong understanding of Agile methodology and the ability to communicate the benefits of this approach for SaaS implementations
Experience and Education
- 2+ years experience in the Salesforce ecosystem; professional services or Salesforce AE experience preferred
- Existing network with Salesforce Financial Services Sales preferred
- Prior experience in a Sales/Business Development role
