Salesforce Administrator
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise-level CRM and BI solutions. This role involves configuring and maintaining the Salesforce platform, developing dashboards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize system performance within a hybrid remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, user profiles, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Support system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and operational reports to support business decision-making.
- Cook up and manage small system enhancements, including Salesforce configuration updates.
- Coordinate and manage testing activities such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between business teams, program administrators, and third-party vendors.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Support data validation, data quality initiatives, and system integrations as needed.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system procedures.
- Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to enhance system usability, efficiency, and data quality.
- Ensure system configurations and enhancements align with security, governance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience managing IT projects and supporting system implementations.
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including configuration and user management.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce and Tableau platforms.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting system testing, defect management, and deployments.
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance standards related to Salesforce.
- Experience with system integrations and data validation processes.
