JOB SUMMARY
The CRM Administrator serves as the primary owner of Smith Entertainment Group's Salesforce CRM platform and plays a critical role in supporting the organization's revenue department. This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, automation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and related business processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Partner with stakeholders across the revenue organization to understand business needs and develop effective CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision making.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the CRM environment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the user experience through automation and system enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to Salesforce users across the organization.
- Maintain system documentation, establish best practices, and stay current on platform enhancements.
- Support CRM integrations and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure systems operate effectively.
- Aid in the oversight and upkeep of premium seating and corporate partnership inventory.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including platform configuration, user and permission management, reporting and dashboard development, workflow/flow automation, data management, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Experience with data visualization tools strongly preferred.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
