Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, training sustainment, and ongoing development for new and existing Cast Members.
- Deliver and reinforce training on sales processes, systems, product knowledge, operational standards, and community offerings.
- Create and maintain training resources, job aids, process documentation, and operational reference materials.
- Facilitate role-play, scrimmage, and reinforcement activities to strengthen knowledge retention, confidence, and sales effectiveness.
- Support adoption of Salesforce and other sales technology platforms, including system navigation, process execution, troubleshooting, and reporting accuracy.
- Track training completion, identify learning gaps, and communicate development needs or risks to leadership.
- Maintain accurate training records, process documentation, and operational resources.
- Coordinate training and communication related to builder products, floor plans, incentives, inventory, launches, and community updates.
- Maintain accurate product knowledge resources and partner with builders and leadership to support training, communication, and alignment around product launches, inventory updates, and community enhancements.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Operations, Marketing, Training, builders, and Community teams to support alignment, operational readiness, and business priorities.
- Support sales operations during high-volume periods, community launches, broker events, onsite activations, and major operational surges, including backup support for Event Coordinator and Sales Studio Operations Lead responsibilities.
- Cover training, operational, or process-related concerns as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, operations support, hospitality, sales support, or a related field.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and explain information clearly.
- A strong connection to the Disney brand, with an understanding of Disney’s service excellence, storytelling, and Guest experience standards.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, make thoughtful decisions, and keep priorities moving with limited leadership availability.
- Experience leading projects, initiatives, or process improvements, including coordinating partners, driving timelines, and supporting successful execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and stay effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable learning and supporting business systems, sales technology platforms, process documentation, and operational procedures.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and partner effectively with leadership, sales, operations, training, and community teams.
