Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding programs for all sales roles, including ISR, RAE, KAM, and Enterprise Sales, ensuring each new hire is set up for success from day one.
- Cook up onboarding logistics by coordinating onboarding activities with internal teams like Salesforce access, phone system setup, system permissions, and sales tools and process documentation.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness by tracking onboarding effectiveness and ramp-up timelines, while crafting and maintaining role-specific onboarding plans and learning paths.
- Develop and deliver structured training programs centered around product knowledge, appointment setting, discovery and qualification, value-based selling, Salesforce documentation standards, pipeline management, objection handling, customer retention, and account growth.
- Facilitate training sessions, recurring calls, workshops, and skill development sessions to reinforce learning and support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate professional development initiatives like sales training reinforcement, communication skills, and presentation skills development.
- Support mentorship and career development by assisting managers with foundational coaching and skill reinforcement.
- Develop meaningful sales and account management content, including call guides, discovery frameworks, dealer engagement materials, value proposition messaging, and competitive positioning documents.
- Create standardized talking points and customer conversation guides to improve retention and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Compliance and Implementation teams, support new product launches and partner enablement initiatives, and bridge knowledge gaps across departments to improve customer experience.
- Support leadership presentations and learning materials by assisting with board presentations, executive decks, training videos, and AI-driven learning content.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales training, onboarding, sales enablement, account management, inside sales, customer success, or a similar field of experience.
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, activity tracking, reporting, and documentation standards.
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for new hires and tenured employees.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, discovery, appointment setting, and account management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
