Sales Territory Manager

About the role

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Territory Manager to cover Nashville, TN and eastern Tennessee. This sales professional will travel frequently within the territory, visiting customers and creating new business for highway and bridge pavement preservation materials and the equipment to apply them. The ideal candidate resides in Nashville, TN.

A company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone are provided. The position offers a strong base salary with bonus potential and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales activities, including frequent travel within the defined sales territory.
• Perform equipment demonstrations as required.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive new business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of outside sales experience (government contract and bid experience a plus).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the pavement or bridge maintenance industry preferred (or related fields such as construction, asphalt, concrete, or chemicals).
• Previous experience selling equipment or familiarity with construction equipment sales is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong presentation skills for both large groups and individuals.
• Customer-focused with a genuine desire to support clients.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent outside sales experience required.
• Applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations.
