About the role
The Sales Technology Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing sales technology tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and implement new sales technologies.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on new software applications.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sales technology usage.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations or technology management.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales technology tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
