About the role
Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to join the team of a growing Manufacturing/Industrial parts company. The role supports the sales operations team with strong administrative support, detailed and accurate order entry, and exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to new and existing customers via phone and email
- Prepare quotes for sales reps and assist with follow-up to customers
- Process sales orders accurately via inbound calls, emails and inquiries
- Communicate invoice and shipping details to customers
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, pricing and/or shipments
- Navigate software and use Google docs
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of inside sales support, customer service or related experience
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Problem resolution, basic math and intermediate computer skills
- Experience working in ERP, Inventory tracking systems or other related systems

Pay
Salary: $55-$65K, plus benefits
