Travel Congress has an opening for a Sales Support Representative supporting travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations. This role is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

This role is centered on work where you will support prospecting, customer follow-up, CRM accuracy, and sales-team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Support lead follow-up, customer requests, CRM updates, quotes, scheduling, and sales handoffs connected to travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations.
- Research or qualify assigned prospects using approved criteria and record relevant business information.
- Coordinate follow-up emails, calls, meetings, demos, or handoffs for sales representatives across conference and attendee operations.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, account summaries, pipeline reports, or sales-support materials using approved information.
- Track open follow-ups, stalled opportunities, missing information, and next actions while supporting conference and attendee operations.
- Support recurring pipeline and activity reporting and help keep sales records complete and current.
Requirements
- Strong organization, customer communication, follow-up, and data-entry skills.
- Comfort using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, calendars, and sales-support tools.
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads or follow-up tasks without losing documentation.
- Professional communication and clear handoffs to sales or account teams.
- Attention to detail when handling contact, opportunity, pricing, or pipeline information.
- A pre-employment background check is required.
Pay
$62,000 - $71,000 per year
