Sales Support Representative

Opportunity

Taylor DM Brands, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Responding to vendor emails in a timely manner
• Working on a wide variety of vendor forms
• Processing call tags
• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders
• Aiding with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information, and obtaining invoices for reconciliation
• Performing other tasks as required to meet team goals

Shift

Monday through Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm EST

This position may be filled in Amsterdam, NY; White Bear Lake, MN; or Pompano Beach, FL.

Requirements

• 2 years of related/relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent judgement and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of promotional products and shipping methods (preferred)

Pay

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18 - 19 per hour. The actual wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
