Responsibilities
Provide support to customers regarding products, services and policies.
Aid customers utilizing the appropriate resources.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Stay up-to-date with new products, features and industry trends.
Create and process orders in a timely manner.
Process customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prioritize administrative responsibilities.
Suggest sales process enhancements.
Record and report adverse reactions received from healthcare professionals and patients as per company Pharmacovigilance procedures (Canadian Clients only).
Qualifications
- College/Cegep degree with science background is an asset
- One plus (1+) year of call center or sales support environment experience or Three (3) to five (5) years customer service experience
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Strong listening skills, very customer focused and professional
- Analytical, multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent team working, motivational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates values and has the ability to make connections, build trust and be authentic
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel) required
- Experience working with a CRM (Creatio an asset)
- Excellent communication skills; Fluent French and English (oral & written) required

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm PST
