Sales Support Representative

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States.

About the role

The role focuses on sales support, lead or account coordination, customer follow-up, CRM updates, and organized pipeline administration through remote systems. The work supports a broad mix of leisure travel, including cruises, groups, destination weddings, theme-park trips, events, hotels, flights, and tours.

Responsibilities

• Support customer or account follow-up, lead coordination, CRM updates, sales documentation, and routine pipeline administration.
• Maintain accurate account notes, contact records, next steps, and supporting documentation in approved systems.
• Coordinate appointments, information requests, proposals, or handoffs between customers and internal teams.
• Track follow-up activity and prepare simple pipeline or account-status reports.
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, and online collaboration tools while working remotely.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay

Base compensation: $45,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
