Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls to provide general information, address, and resolve customer concerns or questions.
• Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Requirements

• 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated, customer-service-oriented mentality with relationship-building skills.
• General digital literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay

Starting at $19.00 per hour, with a pay range of $18.71 - $29.92 per hour based on experience and location. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
