What You Will Handle Support sales support representative activity connected with luxury travel planning, private experiences, itinerary coordination, traveler communication, and premium customer service.Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.Coordinate handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.
