About the role
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing assistance during meetings.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for sales meetings
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management
- Research market trends and competitor information to assist in sales strategies
- Assist in preparing presentations and other materials for sales meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial
