We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and celebration-loving Sales Assistants to join our team. Our stores are places of celebration, creativity, and connection—every day of the year. Responsibilities

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do—it’s our promise to them.
• Make every shopper feel welcomed, wowed, and won over.
• Serve at the tills with a smile, ensuring customers find what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keep our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more—we’re so much more than cards!

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!).
• Great communication skills and a love for chatting with customers.
• Flexibility with your time—we may offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for it.

No retail experience is needed; you’ll receive full training and work with a supportive team.
