We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and celebration-loving Sales Assistants to join our team. Our stores are places of celebration, creativity, and connection—every day of the year. As things get busier, we need extra hands and friendly faces to help keep everything running smoothly in a vibrant, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Put our customers at the heart of everything you do—it’s our promise to them.
• Make every shopper feel welcomed, wowed, and won over—that’s the cardfactory way!
• Serve at the tills with a smile, ensuring everyone finds what they came in for (and maybe a little extra).
• Keep our shelves stocked and looking fabulous.
• Recommend our amazing range of gifts, wrap, and more—we’re so much more than cards!

Requirements

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable on your feet (it gets busy, but it’s all part of the fun!).
• Great communication skills and a love for chatting with customers.
• Flexibility with your time—we may offer shifts across nearby stores if you’re up for it.

No retail experience is needed; you’ll receive full training and work with a supportive team.
