About the role
Bobcat of Northern Virginia, a division of Winchester Equipment Co., is seeking a full-time Sales Specialist to represent top-tier construction equipment in sales, rentals, and service.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, lasting customer relationships.
- Drive sales growth by promoting Bobcat equipment and services.
- Manage accounts using CRM software and sales tools.
- Represent Bobcat of Northern Virginia professionally in the field (company vehicle provided).
Requirements
- Proven sales track record (construction equipment industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
