Established business in NWA is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an available full-time sales position.

About the role

  • Excellent communication and people skills required
  • A valid drivers license is required
  • (Rent-to-own or pawn industry experience is a plus, but is not required)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales activities to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
  • Participate in team meetings and company events

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
