About the role
Tierra Environmental and Industrial Services, Inc., a Midwest leader in vacuum truck services and industrial cleaning, is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Sales Specialists to join their sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong selling skills coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Extensive knowledge of the services offered to educate customers and answer their questions effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate the value proposition and benefits of the service to the customer.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Detail-oriented approach to manage customer information, sales data, and track performance.
- Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Time management skills to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Required Skills/Experience

- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical concepts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- 1+ years of sales experience.
