What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a dynamic Quarterly Sales Plan
- Manage and advance leads in the CRM to drive move-ins
- Identify and cultivate targeted referral sources
- Conduct professional presentations and community outreach
- Support and train community teams that “sales is everyone’s responsibility”
- Oversee move-in coordination, documentation, and suite readiness
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise and state-required paperwork
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning
- Leverage pricing, inventory, and services to maximize revenue
- Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Knowledge of senior living industry and market trends
Skills:
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Understanding of senior living market dynamics
Pay:
Pay Range: $63,800.00 - $98,100.00
