Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for India and international markets.
  • Identify potential customers across different countries and industries.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle independently (Lead Generation, Prospecting, Outreach, Product Demonstration, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Deal Closure).
  • Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product demos and explain platform capabilities confidently.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
  • Work closely with the founders to improve positioning, outreach strategy, and market expansion.
  • Contribute ideas for viral marketing, SEO, branding, outreach campaigns, and growth strategies.
  • Experiment with new sales approaches and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates accurately.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, AI, automation, or software sales.
  • Experience handling complete sales cycles independently.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.
  • Experience selling software or technology solutions is preferred.

  • Comfortable working from scratch and building processes end-to-end.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Able to think strategically and execute practically.
  • Comfortable interacting with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
