Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for India and international markets.
- Identify potential customers across different countries and industries.
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle independently (Lead Generation, Prospecting, Outreach, Product Demonstration, Follow-ups, Negotiation, Deal Closure).
- Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demos and explain platform capabilities confidently.
- Build long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- Work closely with the founders to improve positioning, outreach strategy, and market expansion.
- Contribute ideas for viral marketing, SEO, branding, outreach campaigns, and growth strategies.
- Experiment with new sales approaches and growth opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates accurately.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, CRM, AI, automation, or software sales.
- Experience handling complete sales cycles independently.
- Familiarity with outbound sales, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation tools.
- Experience selling software or technology solutions is preferred.
