About the role
The Gig… As a Sales Specialist, you will support our sales team working with customers and internal teams. You will help drive account success through customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales support activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of TSS products, pricing, policies, and procedures to support customer needs
- Participate in customer presentations and support meetings as needed
- Provide ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customers
- Process and submit sales orders and reports in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
- Partner with field sales and commercial teams to support customer growth and satisfaction
- Maintain organized and structured workflows for tracking customer activity and sales processes
- Couple with internal teams including sales, design, and production to meet customer expectations
- Support trade shows and events as a representative of TSS when needed
- Utilize CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite desired
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in the car wash or industrial equipment industry, preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
