Sales/Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a 5-star experience through honest and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, listen to and document vehicle concerns, and assess service needs.
• Recommend appropriate services, parts, and accessories, clearly communicate costs and timelines, and provide updates during service.
• Accurately quote prices, review completed work, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track returns, warranty parts, and manage all related documentation.
• Adhere to company policies, promote sales, and demonstrate professionalism in a process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not required.
• Professional appearance, strong communication skills, and ability to work within established processes.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $90,000–$110,000 (bonus and commissions included).
