Sales and Service Advisor

About the role

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves greeting and engaging customers in-store and over the phone, scheduling appointments, explaining services, selling parts and automotive services, performing routine vehicle services, supporting shop productivity, ensuring safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and resolving customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
• Perform routine vehicle services: oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections.
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid driver's license.
• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
• Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour.
