Service Advisor/Sales

The Sales and Service Advisor is responsible for promoting and selling all products and services offered by the auto center, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store standards. Key Duties Include Promptly greeting customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy.Listening to and documenting customer concerns, inspecting vehicles, and referencing service history to accurately identify needs.Recommending appropriate services and clearly communicating additional suggestions from technicians to help customers make informed decisions.Providing accurate quotes, including costs and timeframes, and updating customers throughout the service process.Conducting proper checkout procedures, reviewing inspections, warranties, and explaining charges.Following up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction and tracking returns, warranties, and parts.Performing other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications And Skills Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days.Ability to work at least five days a week, including Saturdays.
