Responsibilities
- Supporting field sampling, sing, application maintenance, and performance reporting across refinery chemical programs
- Maintaining existing treatment programs to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and compliance
- Developing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrating value to customers
- Delivering business reviews and technical insights to customers and leadership stakeholders
- Managing day-to-day execution of refinery chemical programs, including technicians and account representatives
- Identifying and originating growth initiatives within existing accounts
- Executing multiple projects of varying complexity to deliver measurable customer value
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions aligned with customer needs
- Managing a team of field personnel and account team members
- Ensuring adherence to Sales and Service Standards and operational excellence practices
- Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
- Significant experience in downstream chemicals, refining operations, or industrial process environments
- Experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales, or account management
- Strong understanding of refinery processes and chemical treatment programs
- Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights and business value
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence customers and stakeholders
- Strong project coordination and prioritization capabilities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive account growth
