Responsibilities

  • Supporting field sampling, sing, application maintenance, and performance reporting across refinery chemical programs
  • Maintaining existing treatment programs to ensure consistent performance, reliability, and compliance
  • Developing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrating value to customers
  • Delivering business reviews and technical insights to customers and leadership stakeholders
  • Managing day-to-day execution of refinery chemical programs, including technicians and account representatives
  • Identifying and originating growth initiatives within existing accounts
  • Executing multiple projects of varying complexity to deliver measurable customer value
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and innovative solutions aligned with customer needs
  • Managing a team of field personnel and account team members
  • Ensuring adherence to Sales and Service Standards and operational excellence practices
  • Promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Significant experience in downstream chemicals, refining operations, or industrial process environments
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, technical sales, or account management
  • Strong understanding of refinery processes and chemical treatment programs
  • Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights and business value
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence customers and stakeholders
  • Strong project coordination and prioritization capabilities
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and drive account growth
