Account Sales Manager Lead
Job Overview
The Account Sales Manager Lead is responsible for up-selling and fulfillment/replenishment, focusing on execution. This position assists in the development of other Account Managers. They support Keurig Dr Pepper brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and others to retail stores within the assigned territory. The position operates Monday-Friday, 6:30am/7:00am-until finished, with weekends and overtime as needed.
Position Responsibilities
- Sell in KDP brands to maximize growth, share growth, distribution, and obtain specific volume objectives by providing a seamless experience to customers in the absence of an Account Manager.
- Maintain and monitor ads and assist Account Managers in following up on ad executions in the market.
- Manage POI activation in bulk stores related to ads or activity, and close voids weekly in the assigned group.
- Develop and maintain a complete schedule of all approved vacation, floating holidays, and other paid time off for Account Managers to ensure full route coverage.
- Conduct a monthly STS with each Account Manager in your assigned group to assist in their development.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for all Account Managers in the department covering safety, sales, merchandising, and communication skills.
- Support the District Manager in the day-to-day operations of the district using tools like Margin Miner, Route Manager, MyDay, AmPlify, and the EEA app.
- Fill in for the District Manager and Merchandising Manager in the group.
- Learn all aspects of Merchandising Manager duties for bulk area, including labor reports, XORA, Kronos, and how to build schedules.
- Understand all KBI’s related to this job duty.
- Participate in ongoing leadership and management training.
- Cross-train in other departments and/or job functions to gain a better understanding of all departments to better prepare for future opportunities.
Total Rewards
- Salary Range: $51,900 - $66,150 per year

Requirements
- 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales position with accountability for sales targets/up-selling.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to a dependable and reliable vehicle.
