About the role

Sell Philips Digital Pathology Solutions to improve cancer diagnostics and clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute account strategy across enterprise health systems and academic medical centers
  • Drive effective funnel and pipeline management to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Solution Architects, and Business Unit leaders during the sales process
  • Engage a broad range of customer stakeholders from pathology and laboratory leadership to IT, operations, and C-suite executives
  • Identify new Digital Pathology opportunities and tailor executive-level messaging to demonstrate the value of Philips' Digital Pathology and Integrated Diagnostics portfolio
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial commercial and strategic terms

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience in capital/medical equipment or IT sales; 5+ years of proven business development experience required.

Preferred experience selling Healthcare IT, diagnostics, or enterprise software solutions in a clinical environment, and/or strong knowledge of healthcare and hospital ecosystems.

Qualifications

Executive presence and strong presentation skills; experience working with C-Suite.

Strong capability to clearly articulate the value of technical software and diagnostic solutions to diverse customer audiences.

Resilient sales mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools, including Salesforce.

Skills

Knowledge and experience in Digital Pathology.

Experience selling Healthcare IT, diagnostics, or enterprise software solutions in a clinical environment.

Pay

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $192,250 to $222,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.
