Sales Executive – Digital Healthcare Sales
About the role
The Sales Executive – Digital health sales is responsible for driving new business growth nationwide across physician practices, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and hospital-affiliated groups. This individual contributor role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, focusing on building long-term, ROI-driven partnerships. He/She is responsible for selling Clinicus software licenses to physician practices, health systems, FQHCs, and hospital-affiliated groups throughout the East Coast. This is a full-cycle, individual contributor role - from prospecting and pipeline development through license agreement and close — with a focus on building ROI-driven partnerships with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, driving net revenue growth
- Drive Clinicus platform license sales to physician practices (3–50 providers), FQHCs, specialty clinics, and health systems across the East Coast
- Own the full sales cycle: territory prospecting, discovery, solution demonstration, contract negotiation, and license execution
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients
- Build trusted relationships with physicians and practice administrators
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and CRM documentation
- Represent the organization at national conferences, industry events, and client meetings

- Fee-for-Service and Value-Based Care selling strategies
- Sales processes, CRM tools, and go-to-market approach
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience selling solutions (preferably software) into ambulatory markets, physician practices (3–50 providers), FQHCs, or specialty clinics/hospitals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling healthcare technology, digital health, or care management platforms
- Familiarity with Value-Based Care, ACOs, CCM/RPM programs, and Fee-for-Service reimbursement models
- Established relationships with physician practices, health systems, or FQHCs on the East Coast
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platform
- Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare interoperability

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
