Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop new Rolloff and other Commercial Business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
- Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Focus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customer.
- Use Management Reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information.
- Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
- Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pay
This position will receive a base salary plus commission.
