Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop new Rolloff and other Commercial Business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
  • Reach sales targets through account management, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Focus on building an understanding of customer needs and providing waste solutions that offer value to the customer.
  • Use Management Reports to manage and track pipeline, forecasting, and customer information.
  • Plan and execute customer visits, presentations, and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance the customer experience.
  • Attend trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to stay up to date with industry trends and meet potential clients.
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and keeping up to date on industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay

This position will receive a base salary plus commission.
