Key Responsibilities
- Cold calling and emailing prospective clients
- Identifying and qualifying decision-makers within target accounts
- Scheduling appointments for MPL leadership and outside sales
- Building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Following up with inbound inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborating with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
- Meting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Experience in construction, utilities, field services, or related industries is a plus
