Key Responsibilities

  • Cold calling and emailing prospective clients
  • Identifying and qualifying decision-makers within target accounts
  • Scheduling appointments for MPL leadership and outside sales
  • Building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Following up with inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Meting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and appointment goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly organized and results-driven
  • Experience in construction, utilities, field services, or related industries is a plus
