About the role

Responsible for delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery in CX, BPO, and XaaS domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client operations and technology adoption.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, CX, BPO, and XaaS solutions.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple industries including healthcare, retail, government, education, telecom, technology, e-commerce, and financial services.
