What You’ll Do
- Greet customers online, on the phone, and in-store, and deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact to delivery.
- Learn our vehicles and technology, present features, and conduct test drives.
- Use CRM and basic computer tools to follow up with leads, set appointments, and stay organized.
- Work with the management team to structure deals, complete paperwork, and ensure a smooth delivery process.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to build long-term relationships and repeat/referral business.
What It Takes to Succeed

- Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- Basic computer skills (email, web, typing, simple software/CRM).
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow a proven sales process.
- No prior automotive experience required – retail, hospitality, service industry, or call center background is a plus.
