What You'll Do
- Grow sales of ARDEX and HENRY products throughout your territory
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and jobsite activity
- Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth strategies
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities, opportunities, and customer engagement
- Build strong customer partnerships by developing relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and other industry influencers
- Strengthen existing customer relationships while expanding market penetration
- Deliver exceptional customer service and responsiveness throughout the sales process
- Provide technical expertise by conducting product demonstrations, contractor clinics, and educational training programs
- Support contractors on jobsites with product recommendations and technical guidance
- Drive product specification activity within the architectural and design community
- Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customer support teams to provide complete customer solutions
