About the role

Join a structured 3-year leadership program designed to build future leaders who understand the front end of the business, develop strong commercial instincts, and learn how to solve real business problems. Through a series of rotational assignments, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer-facing roles, inside sales, product management, and strategic business operations—preparing you for leadership opportunities across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Support our customers directly. Answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and learn the technical side of our signage products. You’ll build a customer-centric mindset and start contributing to sales through proactive solutions.
  • Develop deeper business acumen through rotations that strengthen your understanding of how Gemini brings products to market and supports customers.
  • Potential Rotations: Inside Sales or Account Management, Product Management, Marketing, Cross-functional business projects, Leadership Specific placements will be determined by business priorities and your development path.
  • Your final rotation will deepen your experience in another part of the business or place you in a more advanced, strategic assignment. This may include project leadership, supporting a product launch, improving customer processes, or contributing to broader business initiatives.

Qualifications & Traits

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (strong academic performance).
  • 0–3 years of experience; internships or co-ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.
  • Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges.
  • Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions.
  • Leadership potential: self-starter who sets and meets goals; history of leading projects or teams (student orgs, clubs, etc.) is highly valued.
  • Highly driven and collaborative: you thrive in a team environment and pursue goals with energy and integrity.

Wage Range

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Schedule

Monday - Friday, overtime is scheduled as needed

Program Start Date

Summer 2026

Program Rotations & Responsibilities

The program consists of several rotational phases, each generally lasting approximately 9–12 months, though timing and assignments may shift based on business needs.
