Sales Porter

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Sales Lot Porter to support our sales team and ensure our vehicle inventory is presented at the highest standard. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, customer-ready lot and providing a smooth experience for both the sales team and our guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales lot
• Move vehicles for display, service appointments, and customer deliveries
• Wash, vacuum, and fuel vehicles as needed
• Assist with staging vehicles for photos and promotional purposes
• Complete daily lot checks to verify inventory placement and key control
• Retrieve vehicles for test drives and support sales staff as needed
• Report any vehicle damage or maintenance concerns
• Keep dealership grounds clean and presentable

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate manual and automatic transmissions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Professional and customer-focused demeanor

Work Environment

• Full-time position; weekend availability may be required
• Fast-paced dealership environment with frequent vehicle movement
• Physical activity required, including walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs
