Sales - Sales Representative

This position is 100% performance based with high performers making $180-$220K. Our sales reps earn 100% uncapped commission and truly own their own success. This is an amazing sales opportunity with the largest basement waterproofing and repair company in the Midwest serving eastern Iowa and western Illinois! A background in project management, real estate, construction, or building inspection is a plus, but not required. As an Outside Sales Representative for MidAmerica Basement Systems, you will consult with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments. Your goal? To diagnose issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them. This is more than just a sales role though.
